1. I joined Weight Watchers the last week of January. My goal is to lose 20 lbs. by July 1st. I really like the newest version of their program. Slow and steady wins the race.
2. Become healthier. I will not be having another surgery on my ankle, so I have to find ways to exercise without hurting my ankle further. I am now eating better, but I need to learn more control with food. I'm taking less medication for my migraines. If they don't work, I'm not taking them.
3. Travel more. Much more. There are about another 40 states I've never seen. They are just there waiting for me to get there. I also want to take another cruise and visit Mexico again. Soon!
4. Become more financially responsible. I did a lot of work on this last year. Now it's time to put some money to work for me.
5. Read. I need to find more time to read.
6. Classes. I want to take a swimming class and a crochet class.
7. Enjoy NYC. I don't do this enough.
