Another weight loss this week. Minus 1.4 pounds. I hit my first ten pound goal. This is so exciting for me because I get to eat whatever I want, just in moderation. I'm eating a little more than I'm supposed to per day, but I'm still losing weight. I guess I would lose it faster, but that's not what I'm looking for. I don't feel like I'm denying myself of very much so I can continue each day. And if I mess up a little, I don't feel guilty. I just look at it as I will be losing the weight a little slower. I'm okay with that.
