Let me say first - I am no expert in this.
To me, the easiest way to clip coupons is by following the right people on Twitter. There are several couponing experts that publish new coupons on their blogs and so forth. Some are found on facebook, or their local supermarkets. They may also find them in the flyers from their local papers. You can find them by searching on the word "coupon" or by checking out who follows "extreme coupon". That's what I did. You can look me up on Twitter and see who I am following. That would be a great start.

I set a block of time apart to do this, because it does take some time. What I do is click on the link and do as I'm told. I only print out one copy, although you are allowed two from what I understand. But I don't have room for the extra stuff in my tiny apartment. I don't make photocopies of these coupons either. It just doesn't seem fair. You might have to set up a log in, or give some kind of information on yourself to identify your IP address for future printing.
There are also freebies. These you usually have to sign up for. Some are worth it and some are not. I set up a new email address just for the coupons and freebies. This way I don't have a ton of spam in my authentic email box. But I have gotten some cool stuff from the freebies and samples they offer. Nothing out of this world, but free all the same. Again, just search on the work "free" and see what comes up in Twitter.
But what we need to remember is that we all live spread out across the country. We don't all have the same stores. Some products may be on sale in your zip code but not mine (or in NJ) or vice versa. So I don't get frustrated when I click on a link and it does not show up.
I do get frustraded when it tells me I've already print the allowed number of copies of the coupon, when I have not printed it at all.
Please comment if you have any questions. If I don't know the answer I can probably find you someone who does.
