This has nothing to do with 'New Years'. I was around 220 pounds for a few years, but am down to around 195 now. This morning I was 195.5. I've been that for about 6 months. Let's see where I can take this for the next year or so. I would like to make a goal of 170 for Dec 31, 2008. Slowly is the best way for me to lose weight, or I end up putting it right back on.
